
Chris Ojakian
Chris Ojakian is the owner
and Master Professional of
Ojakian Tennis. Chris moved
to Los Angeles full time in the
fall of 2003 and in that time
developed an elite tennis
company. Chris has been a
member of the United States
Professional Tennis
Association since 1990 and a
member of the Cardio Tennis
Nation Speakers Team since
2005. He is the youngest person to receive a USPTA 1
rating in New England. For the past twelve years, Chris
has been the Tennis Director at Farm Neck on Martha's
Vineyard. In addition, Chris worked as a tennis
professional at the five-star Breakers Hotel in Palm
Beach, Florida for eight years. While receiving a
marketing degree from the University of North Carolina,
Chris was ranked 14 nationally in doubles. Chris'
professional responsibilities over his 17 year teaching
career include: teaching private and group lessons to all
ages and abilities (including nationally ranked and
touring professionals), owning and operating a pro
shop, directing charity events, developing sports
psychology programs, and coaching USTA teams.

Chris and Mark Ojakian are raising money to find a cure for MS, a disease that affects their brother, sister and
father. In addition to this tennis tournament, Mark will host a gala dinner in Connecticut in October.
