Cardio Tennis is Heart Pumping Fitness. It is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. The program includes a short dynamic warm-up, a drill-based workout, live ball drills, and a cool down phase. Each one has drills specifically designed to be fun, challenging and to get you moving. You will hit forehands, backhands, volleys, etc. You will improve as a tennis player by hitting a lot of tennis balls. But remember, Cardio Tennis first and foremost is a full body workout to music. You can burn more calories than playing singles or doubles. 63% think that Cardio Tennis is a better workout than their normal fitness routine, and 80% say it is more fun. We are dedicated to keeping classes small, so reservations are required. All clients must cancel 24 hours in advance for private and group classes, otherwise you will be charged.
